Calm, structure & comfort
The living room forms the heart of this apartment. The goal of the design was to create as much space as possible for the family and guests without making the room feel cluttered. Storage was deliberately kept minimal to maintain a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Warm beige tones, natural greens, and a thoughtful lighting concept create harmony, lightness, and a sense of well-being. The result is a space that perfectly combines daily life, relaxation, and togetherness.
Planning process
Due to the unusual room layout and the staircase leading to the lower floor, positioning the dining table, sofa, and TV wall was a particular challenge. Another important aspect was the first impression upon entering the living room. Various arrangements were tested until we quickly found a harmonious layout.
Next, product research and integration of the selected furniture into the design began. This structured process allowed changes to be made early on, minimizing the risk of incorrect purchases.
Close collaboration with the clients was central: their wishes and needs were continuously incorporated into the planning. After developing the designs in SketchUp, the layouts were digitally visualized and rendered with AI, allowing the clients to realistically experience the space and envision the effect of the furnishings.
